How do you determine the cost of cleaning?
Our pricing is based on several factors, including the size of your home, the type of cleaning needed, the home's condition, and how often you would like service. We provide customized quotes to ensure you receive the best value for your specific cleaning needs.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home during your cleaning appointment. Many of our clients provide us with a key or entry instructions for their convenience. We take the security of your home seriously and handle all keys and access information with care. If you choose to be home during the cleaning, we will gladly work around you and respect your space.
Do you provide cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all of the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products that you prefer us to use, simply let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Will the same cleaning team clean my home each time?
We do our best to provide the same cleaning team for each visit because we know how important consistency and trust are. If a change is necessary, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and ensure you continue to receive the same high-quality service.
